The Hyundai Blue Will plug-in hybrid has made its U.S. debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit 2010.

They are going to use Hybrid Blue Drive, that includes lithium polymer batteries, instead of lithium-ion.

The Hyundai Blue-Will will also include a direct-inject 1.6-liter gas engine with a CVT transmission and a 100kw electric motor under the hood.

The Tucson has been one of the most popular Hyundai models with more than 1 million units sold worldwide since its launch in 2004 as a 2005 model.
